how to set up for e85

hay I'm very new to this just finished a 466 big-block 13:5:1 CPR. an i have no idea what all i need to run this e85 in it. i plan on one 880 double pumper. do i need to change gaskets over an how much advance can i run. an what would be a good starting point on jet sizes.

Start with a complete new carb. You can't run a gas carb and just jet up, it will run, but not well.
