Does anyone know what the fastest car on E85 in the US is?

Jason, the fastest one i found so far was a 8.77. and it was a turbo car....... I will be putting the big pills in the 25th. and hope to go bottom 8's...... we will see!!!!!!

Oh- and it depends on what you mean by the fastest-- last year a Mustang ran at Bonneville but that's another story.

the 3800# street licensed '56 chevy I just did carbs for is running 8.80s

thats in 95+ temps and 85% humidity

im thinking weight per ET that would be the fastest????

im just proud to say MY carbs are sitting on top.....

Yesterday at Byron Dragway I ran...

8.42 @ 159.16
8.43 @ 159.42

On E82 from Gas City ...

3325 pounds and leaving with the wheels three feet off the ground. Videos should be on You tube in a day or two...

great times! my s10 on 9lbs with a t88 bt carb and no intercooler 357"sbc went 9.19 at 147 so far shooting for 8s on 9lbs and faster with more

60 ft - 1.15
3.30 - 3.32
6.60 - 5.14 @ 132.78
1000 6.71
1320 - 8.065 @ 167.25

on E82 straight out of the pump at Gas City Rt 51 & 30 !!

Congrats! When did you get that pass off? I didn't get close, but I'll post up my times here in a couple of weeks. Gonna try and fix the car and re-do the race vs the black camaro from last night.
